Description
This authentic replacement part is a control panel for dishwashers. The control panel houses the selection buttons of the dishwasher and controls the main functions of the dishwasher. Over time, a dishwasher's control panel can become damaged after excessive wear and tear. If the buttons are no longer responsive to touch or the dishwasher is not turning on, then the control panel will need to be replaced. To replace this part, start by turning off the power to the dishwasher. Use a screwdriver or putty knife to release the control panel from its locking tabs. Pull up gently to pry the control panel out of its place. Once removed, set it to the side and remove the wire harness and any individual wires that are attached to the control panel. After that, place the wires into the new control panel in their correct terminals. Snap the new control panel into its proper position and restore power to the dishwasher.
