Michael B Bethesda , MD March 25, 2017 Control panel would stop responding if i unplugged the d/w and plugged back in it would work again this went on for years and then eventually it just stopped working completely Installed new control panel, it is fine. Not too hard, just unscrew all the screws on the inside of the door, take off the front panel. Control panel has two plug connections. Reassemble door and it's done. Just need a torx screwdriver. After discussion with appliance pro service representative we ordered the control board. The part was ordered standard delivery and surprisingly received the next day.
