Peter H Cohasset , MA March 01, 2015 No lights or response from touchpad Bought the control board/touchpad piece. It is a kitchen aide/whirlpool part. Searched around on the internet and found some videos on how to replace it. It was plug and place once I got it in there. Very happy that I could do it myself. Note: I removed the original piece first and got the part number on it so I made sure that I was getting the correct part (a little confusing because several companies use that touchpad). Watched a couple of YouTube videos first to see if was something I wanted to tackle. I did have to buy a Torx screwdriver because heads attached to door weren't standard flat/Phillips.
