Ralph P Hellertown , PA June 18, 2021 Appliance: Maytag Undercounter Dishwasher MDB8959SBB2 Touch pad on dishwasher door was no longer functioning, led indicators gave erratic indicators, washing cycles did not run Used the model number on the side of the wash door to do an internet search for a "control panel". Got an immediate hit of the Appliance Parts Pros site. When I selected two required parts the web site confirmed that the parts I selected were correct tor the model number. This was very helpful as the same parts now seem to be used in several different manufacturers brands. Parts arrived quickly as promised and the replacement took about an hour. Mars A Bay Village , OH November 23, 2018 Touch pad /control panel was not working properly Purchased new control panel, and fed ex delivered it next afternoon. It was not easy to reinstall the new part, but after 15 minutes I was done. At first it did not want to turn on ( it was always in control lock). I even was holding down for 3 seconds to deactivate the control lock touch pad. Had to call back to find out if the part was broken. She asked me to hold down the touch pad of control lock for 10 seconds. And I did, finally it started to work. I am very happy costumer. I almost went and bought a new dishwasher, but decided to give it a try with replacement of the part. Saved around minimum of 500.00 $ Thank you!
