Purchased new control panel, and fed ex delivered it next afternoon. It was not easy to reinstall the new part, but after 15 minutes I was done. At first it did not want to turn on ( it was always in control lock). I even was holding down for 3 seconds to deactivate the control lock touch pad. Had to call back to find out if the part was broken. She asked me to hold down the touch pad of control lock for 10 seconds. And I did, finally it started to work. I am very happy costumer. I almost went and bought a new dishwasher, but decided to give it a try with replacement of the part. Saved around minimum of 500.00 $
