Julius S Cross Plains , WI February 19, 2016 Appliance: Model WMV No damper ever installed on microwave Had water leaking in from warm air condensate in vent pipe. Took down microwave with screwdriver and second set of hands. It is only held up there with two bolts and a rear channel. A damper to block the constant air flow up the vent had never been installed. I ordered the part from appliance parts pros and they shipped it literally in less then 2 days. Installed damper in 1 min. I would have been done but realized why it was never installed. Had to work on widening hole in upper cabinet as they missed the connection to damper and had to trim back excess vent stack to fit to damper.
