Description

The defrost heater melts frost off the evaporator coil during the automatic defrost cycle so cold air can circulate freely. Replacing a failed heater helps clear recurring ice buildup and restores stable refrigerator and freezer temperatures.

• Heats the evaporator to remove frost/ice during the defrost cycle
• Prevents airflow blockages to maintain consistent cooling
