Billie K San Angelo , TX June 08, 2023 Appliance: Whirlpool Undercounter Dishwasher GU2475XTVY0 The dishwasher rack worn out(lower rack). Order the part for the Whirlpool using the model number. I would have been lost on putting wheels and clips on it without the great step-by-step video! The dishwasher still cleans and sanitizes the dishes beautifully so don’t buy a new one if you only need a part !! So grateful to have found this website. The only issue was there was no row of loose tines but the original ones were not damaged so I used those as the last row as shown in the video. In fact, the lower rack I ordered was much better quality than the original rack from Whirlpool. Thank you for your efficiency in shipping and that great do-it-yourself video… it helped tremendously! Swapping the wheels and clips was simple. The only problem I encountered was the new rack did not come with the fold-down "tine row" used in the rear part of the rack. That part needed to be ordered separately. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers
