Robert G Uniontown , PA July 30, 2016 Door gasket replacement It was not hard at all to replace our refrigerator door gasket. First I found appliancepartspros.com because I was looking up on YouTube how to do the replacement. Your video was excellent and showed me that I indeed could perform the job. I had a question about the replacement door gasket and emailed your service team at the end of the day. By next morning you had replied with the actual part number for the gasket. Shipping was fast. I had watched the video several times and so performed the repair without further guidance. I need to state that all of these refrigerators are different in some respect. The video did not show the type of hinge cover I had. Mine was held on by an odd sized bolt, and I didn't have a tool to get into that hole to unbolt it. The video showed a snap off hinge cover. So my lack of a proper tool was the item that caused me the most anguish I would have been finished in less than 15 minutes if I had had the required tool. I hope my appliances don't break down regularly, but when they do, I am coming to appliancepartspros.com for replacement parts and video directions. Thank you!
