James G White Lake Charter Township , MI March 17, 2018 Appliance: KitchenAid Drawer Dishwasher KUDD03DTSS3 Water would not drain. Removed the 4 Torx (T-20) screws to remove the bottom tray, loosened the 2 steel adjustable hose clamps and disconnected the hoses from the old pump. Removed the 2 Torx screws from the drain pump mounting bracket and the 2 that mount the pump to the bracket. Discarded the old pump, reversed the above process for installating the new pump and the dishwasher is functioning normally again. All in well under 30 mins. Raymond D Tulsa , OK March 10, 2017 Appliance: Model KITCHENAID Water was not draining from dishwasher tub check all hoses for blockage concluded it was pump After figuring out how to remove tub to get access to pump it was a just a matter of disconnecting the pump from the hoses and in plugging the elecritical connector and then reversed the order to put the new pump in. Realized after install that was a metal plate on old pump that needed to be put on the new pump - thankful I noticed before putting tub back in.
