All I had to do was take drawer out unscrew old part take track off old part put on new part and screw back in. Took 5 minutes very cheap easy repair. Carmen H Kailua-Kona , HI March 17, 2014 Appliance: KitchenAid Refrigerator KBRA20EMSS00 The little piece that held the clear cover for the bottom tray broke off so I was not able to use the cover any longer. It has been like this for over a year. I tried to glue it and that was short lived. Then I had the bright idea to go on line and see what part I needed by entering model # and viewing picture. It was so easy.. I ordered the part and it was here in Hawaii in 3 days. When I was looking at the part a video came up that I could watch to install it and that was super helpful too as I knew what screws to remove and to know they were a hex head. I had to remove the whole bottom shelves,drawers and tray,but I had it all repaired and fridge put back together in 30 minutes.
