I ordered both side supports and replaced them. The only problem I had was my own fault. I left the metal track out and closed the fridge door and it popped apart. I had to figure out how to get it back together (took off the other part of the rail, put it on my counter on a towel, put it together, and hit it with a rubber mallet to pop back together!). The right side was trickier, with all of its parts, but the videos were super helpful! If I hadn’t made my careless mistake with the door, the whole thing would have taken 15 minutes!
