Matthew G Sacramento , CA March 30, 2014 Appliance: Model LT5005MN0 Squealing sound when dryer was running I took it apart and cleaned and lubricated the rear support rollers and the belt pulley roller. I think the squealing was coming from the pulley roller. I then replaced the rear felt as it was badly deteriorated. The dryer now runs much more smoothly and quietly. The timer worked great, but the original timer was held in with two screws and the replacement had no threads so could not be attached. I assume it was designed to be riveted in which I did.
