Deborah C Huntsville , AL December 07, 2017 Appliance: KitchenAid Refrigerator KSRG25FKBT05 Ice maker froze up at the water tube into the ice maker and stopped producing ice. All this occurred after our utility had to cut off our water for 2-3 hours. We almost ordered a new ice maker, but thankfully someone had their repair story posted. Removed the Ice Maker. Then we located the water inlet valve, removed the old one and replaced it with the new one only after watching the video on your site. Reinstalled the ice maker and turned the water back on, no problems since and ice maker is working like new.
