Geraldine F Mill Creek , WA December 14, 2014 Appliance: Model MAYTAG NEPTUNE Lost washer foot in recent move dryer lint filter had tears and needed replacing Our first thought was to see if Appliance Parts Pros has these items for our 10 year old machines and, just like when we needed a refrigerator part last year, they had everything in stock. The video on how to install the washer foot was helpful too. And we received the order so quickly, we don't have to listen to our unbalanced washer rumble anymore. David H Fort Washington , MD November 03, 2019 Appliance: Model MAYTAG A512 My washer was walking and banging on the spin cycle and leaking water during fill cycle All the vibration had caused the injector hose to rub against the frame and produce a hole in the hose. It was an easy fix once I got the parts, which came in one day. Thank you! I had watched a youtube video on how to get the top of the washer open to get to the problem and it was a matter of removing 2 screws at the bottom of the front panel and two 3/8 bolts for the top. Then one hose clamp where the injector hose connects to the pump and I was done. The whole problem was caused by two of the leveling leg pads wearing out and throwing it off balance, even though I had checked the washer for being level. I went ahead and replaced all four pads since the washer is close to 30 years old but still going strong. The pads are made of hard rubber and were a little troublesome, but they can be put on with no tools. I'm 68 and not in great shape...so if I can do it, anyone can...LOL. Paul B Woodstock , GA November 16, 2016 Appliance: Maytag Top Loading Washer LAT9306AAE Washer was moving and knocking on spin cycle Machine is 20 years old and never required service of any kind. Replaced the leveling leg pad, re-leveled, re-positioned, tightened bolts holding the front panel on the machine. Note: I tried anti-vibration pads. They just made it worse. The old pads were so hard, I had to use pliers to get them off. It's amazing how much difference this little improvement made!
