Patricia R Florence , OR July 09, 2017 Freezer gasket replaced by 77 year old lady I purchased a freezer gasket + key// from appliancepartspros.com //easy to order. I did not need to lock up my freezer but thought it might help the gasket seat (good thought). To replace gasket I started at top of door, wow, I should have started at bottom. Hated laying on my "belly" to screw in gasket. Ok, I am 77 years old but got the job done. All went okay until I had to close the door, the door would not stay shut. Key: I locked the door for a week. New seal is settling in, freezer is working well. Thanks for quick fix for $85.00. Better cost than new freezer.
