Description

The cooktop gasket seals the gap between the underside of the cooktop and the burner box/main top. It helps contain spills and debris and limits heat and moisture escape for cleaner operation and a snug, rattle-free fit. What it does:

Install notes:

• Disconnect power and shut off gas supply; wear cut-resistant gloves
• Lift or remove the cooktop/main top to access the gasket path
• Remove the old gasket and residue; clean and dry the sealing surfaces
• Route the new gasket as originally installed without stretching or compressing; reassemble and check fit
