K Lisa K Bear , DE January 11, 2016 The plastic portion of the vent cover where the cover attaches to the microwave with screws cracked and broke therefore the vent cover just fell off We easily located and ordered a replacement vent cover and it arrived quickly. We were able to replace the piece very easily. We also received reinforcement metal clips to go over the plastic areas where the screws attach to the cover. I guess we weren't the only customers who've experienced this issue. Thanks again Appliance Pros....once again you came to our rescue. Read More...
