Even though the refrigerator is 13 years old, I was able to find replacement parts on your site. The DIY video provided on-line for each of the four parts ordered was very helpful ; even though my refrigerator wasn't exactly like the one in the video, it was still helpful. I'm not usually the DIY type- but with your help the repair was very successful! Thank you !

Followed you video instructions. But the Kenmore Elite model was a bit different, but information provided was enough to get the job done. The longest part of the project was cleaning many years of accumulated dust. Other than that the tube replacement was easy.
