R T Weaverville , CA September 11, 2026 Motor coupler broke Perused appliance parts pros website and videos to diagnose the symptoms, not draining and not agitating. The videos showed the likely cause. (Drive coupler) And disassembly instructions. Looked , and was very easy. Verified the problem. Ordered parts. I decided to replace the water pump also since it was part of disassembly. Parts arrived. Installed them and the machine works fine now. For a little more than 100$, which would have not even covered a service call to a rural area. Happy. Read More...
