Located correct replacement on line; ordered it; it arrived very quickly. Reviewed APPros video on how to replace the gasket - clear and applicable to my task. As I rather expected, it wasn't as easy as the video version. I found it very difficult to fit the gasket around all four corners. After multiple tries, I almost gave up and nearly sought pro service ($125 just to visit, and not available for four days - what to do with all the food? I finally decided to cut the new gasket at the last corner. That enabled me to complete the installation, and I taped up the very small gap where I'd cut. Relief!!

With a new door gasket and door closer kit the door now shuts and stays closed. It was very easy to follow the repair video on this site and replace the gasket. I really thought it would be more difficult to do. I used a hair dryer to straighten the warping instead of how the tech in the video suggests, hot water. The video also didn't mention the screws that come with the gasket. Thankfully, there were already screws in the door so I didn't have to do any new drilling. I just loosened the existing screws before removal and tightened them after replacing the gasket. Both the gasket and closer kit call for petroleum lube. I didn't know that would be required before I read it on the instructions that came with them. Luckily I had some already. Great fast shipping, even to Alaska! Thank you!
