With a new door gasket and door closer kit the door now shuts and stays closed. It was very easy to follow the repair video on this site and replace the gasket. I really thought it would be more difficult to do. I used a hair dryer to straighten the warping instead of how the tech in the video suggests, hot water. The video also didn't mention the screws that come with the gasket. Thankfully, there were already screws in the door so I didn't have to do any new drilling. I just loosened the existing screws before removal and tightened them after replacing the gasket. Both the gasket and closer kit call for petroleum lube. I didn't know that would be required before I read it on the instructions that came with them. Luckily I had some already. Great fast shipping, even to Alaska! Thank you!
