Just a note - you really need to get the model numbers "right" because if you don't you end up with the wrong parts. When I checked the refrigerator and got the correct numbers the part I ordered the second time fit fine. I was able to send the "wrong" part back without any hassle. The mistake was mine but Appliance parts Pro got me back on track and I will definitely use this company again. David H Conyers , GA September 21, 2014 Appliance: Whirlpool Refrigerator ET21UMXGW00 The door handle on my whirlpool refrigerator broke at the top I found the model no. of the refrigerator and copied it down. I googled refrigerator repair parts and there was Appliance Parts Pros. I used them in the past year for dryer parts for my Maytag dryer-another story, but the parts arrived the next day just after noon. I decided to try them again and my refrigerator handle arrived around 12:20 the next day. So maybe it wasn't a fluke after all. I ordered the handle even though the parts diagram only showed one (1) screw at the top and mine has two (2). I contacted customer service and advised them of my problem and he confirmed the diagram only showed one (1) screw. I asked if he had access to the part to confirm, and he advised he didn't, but assured me this was the the exact replacement part so I ordered it.
