Ram M Medina , MN December 18, 2014 Appliance: Maytag Dishwasher MDB9150AWS My dishwasher stopped working with no error codes and a strong electronic burning smell I looked for solutions on Google and came across this site. I read that this is a common problem with the control board. I opened up the front and inspected the control board. The blue (capacitor?) component had a burned lead and had disconnected from the board. I placed and order for a new board and after replacing it, the dishwasher started working again. I hesitated at first to buy a part of $210 without knowing if that would fix it but I saw that this vendor has a return policy of the board did not work. So while I thought the component was very overpriced, I went ahead and bought it. Only time will tell if it was worth the money, but I am glad it is working for now. Jane D Ham Lake , MN March 24, 2019 Door latch and handle broken, and control panel cover split due to age I ordered the parts one weekend over the phone after seeing that one of the parts was back ordered. I was quite concerned that back order meant "never available". The service rep assured me that they would keep me informed. Two days later I received an e mail that all the parts were on the way, including the back order. I had all the parts in hand by the weekend, and my husband and I did the work together, using the handy reference video. It looks like a new dishwasher, and works like a dream! We are very happy! We are impressed by your efficient and friendly service and would definitely order parts from you again.
