Whirlpool WP99002839 Dishwasher Door Latch Handle OEM Part

I ordered the parts using the make and model no.s and found it quickly at AppliancePartsPros.com. The parts were correct and snap into place in just 5 minutes I was done and the dish rack worked great. I also ordered a new handle since the old one broke out in the middle about 2 years ago. This repair took another 5 minutes and is working great. Thanks

Purchased new handle then watched the video. It was amazingly easy to follow. The replacement process was very simple and was accomplished without any problems. Used the same screws that were attached to the old handle. Very successful venture.

Watched video from Internet search, Ordered new part , then easily replaced the new handle.

Watched the video and the repair was made easily. I would add that it helps to have another person, but not necessary. Also, when replacing the screws in the door, tighten the ones closest to the hinge first as the door tends to shift down and the screw holes get out of alignment. The replacement part is of lesser quality than the original one on my dishwasher, but it fits and works fine.

Watched the video - removed the screws holding door panel - they did require the star-type bit to remove -the latch required socket wrench - unscrewed and attached the new one with the same screws - it was a little bit of an efforts lining up and finding the holes - actually had my wife help with that! screwed panel back together - voila! All done! Easy!
