Henry I Andover , NJ February 27, 2020 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer WTW7600XW2 Lid would not stay open. I obtained the parts from AppliancePartsPros.com. There were no videos or instructions for the repair. I chatted on line with customer service rep for the repairs . You have to remove the three screws in the back of the control panel cover and remove same, but be careful no to detach any wiring. Then you can access the screw that hold in the springs. On the left side you have to remove the liquid bleach cup, which is clipped in before removing the spring. Springs solved the problem.
