He said he would order the hose and get back with me. Later he called and said my 15 year old Maytag was obsolete and repair parts unavailable. He suggested a used hose. I found this one after a short Internet search and advised the repair company. They refused to get the hose because they had no account with you. I ordered the hose and installed it.
