Whirlpool WP8317926 Washer Vacuum Break Hose OEM Part

Unscrewed console and tilted it back. Then removed clips for machine skin. Rocked it back slightly to access the tub side hose. Removed water inlet valve assembly and removed from the valve. Fished out the old hose. Fished in new hose. Reattched it then reassembled unit. Spent 15 min looking for clip I lost on NASTY FLOOR AAAAAARGH! When done I tested it then found the cold inlet hose screen was clogged. Went to store and replaced hoses and inlet screens too. Glanced over at other washer and noticed it hoses were about to blow and changed them too. When changing hoses on other machine noticed the valve inlet threads were mostly stripped so i went back to you guys and ordered new valve assembly for that unit!

With the hose exactly shaped as the original, it was easy to replace it.

Diagnosed source of water leak, removed hose, ordered replacement part, and installed replacement hose.

I unplug the unit and removed washer cover and found hose for from water fill solenoid has hole on it.I looks like a rat chewed on in it.I immediately looked it up on-line thru my favorite appliance parts retailer.The part was extremely cheap and ordered it right away.The replacement part arrived really fast(two days) and i proceeded to repair the unit by disconnecting the old part and installing the new part.It was really easy,took less than 5 minutes for the whole repair process.I always order my repair parts from appliance parts pros.com and you can always depend on them to send the right parts every time!!!
