Becareful and do not drop the ignitor or the element will break. I found out the hard way. I bought the first ignitor at a local appliance store. Maryjo P Adrian , MI March 12, 2014 Appliance: Amana Self Cleaning Free Standing Gas Range AGR5715QDS Oven stopped working Originally ordered the Oven Bake Igniter but when it arrived on 3/1/14, and after taking mine apart, I realized I didn't have the correct item. I contacted your company and did a 'web chat' and after conversation I was advised the part # I needed, which was the Igntr-Oven. I was sent a RMA to return the part that I didn't need, and I placed order for the part I did need. The part arrived on Tue 3/4 and I was able to quickly install it, with very little difficulty (due to previously watching a video on it). I am very impressed with the assistance, and the speed of delivery. The oven was back to work for less than it would have cost for a 'service call' for a repair person!! Yours is the best place online to find a part, just type in your model number of your appliance and the parts come up. With your "how to" video, it took me about 10 minutes to change out the bad part, and put in the good part.
