Bruce F Scotch Grove , IA September 01, 2015 Our freezer was working but the refrigerator was not cold After removing all the food from both compartments, doing a thorough cleaning and allowing the unit to come up to room temp...I was able to look at the components that were behind the access panel in the freezer compartment. I then noticed that the evaporator fan (that pushes the cold air up to the fridge) was not spinning. I tried to manually spin the fan and it did not spin on its own. I consulted my parts manual, got the part number, went on line to order the part only to find that the original part was obsolete and I ordered the replacement part. I was very pleased with the service from AppliancePartsPros. I ordered the part on Wednesday and the part arrived on Thursday. I had e-mail notifications at every step. Read More...
