I was able to replace the knobs and everything is fine. They are better quality than was originally on the stove to begin with. Richard P Orford , NH December 16, 2015 Appliance: Model AM AT WORK--NOT AVAILABE Plastic inside knob was broken knob would not move the control Got new knob. I ordered the part number stamped inside the old knob, but it had changed since I purchased the stove, so was shipped the wrong replacement knob first time. The Customer Service person at APP was excellent. Once I gave her the Model number of the stove, she was able to send the correct replacement.
