New control knobs worked great, and came to my door in two days.

The knobs that originally came with out stove melted quickly after very little use. After order what we thought were the correct replacement parts through Amazon, we were so disappointed to find that no one carried the right parts without charging an arm and a leg for each, plus tons of shipping. A last ditch effort, I googled the part number one more time and was directed to your website where I was able to find, order, and pay for the parts simply. I was so please to receive the Google confirmation and felt very confident that the order would arrive quickly. Within TWO DAYS we received our new knobs and they are better than the originals! They are a perfect match! I wish they weren't so expensive, but even at the price they were through you guys, they were still less expensive than other vendors. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the level of service, the speed, and the cost of shipping. The product is EXACTLY what I needed.
