Valerie M Rochester , NH April 02, 2014 The lever to the door switch broke. First, I rooked on YouTube for a video on how to fix it. The video brought me to a very helpful video with a link to your website. We have had this dryer since we bought the house 10 years ago and the thought of buying something new, that wasn't made as well was a dreaded thought. I went on the website, entered the model number of my dryer and then a search link for a parts search. Not knowing the part number, I was able to find the exact thing I needed. It was amazing and so easy! Had I gone to the local appliance store, I would have had to buy the lever and wiring for $30. Knowing it was just the lever that snapped, I was able to order it for $3.00. It was shipped that day and we received it the very next day. It look 10 minutes to install. Your website is so helpful and I will be recommending you to everyone. Thank you for great service! You saved us about $500-600 on a new dryer! Rae S Atkinson , NH May 09, 2022 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL LGR4634BQ1 My gas dryer would not start. I googled my appliance make and model, with issue I had and your site came up for parts. I saw problems listed and looked at "my dryer won't start". It listed 3 possible causes. I was pretty sure it was some kind of switch because the inside light stayed on when door was closed. I watched all 3 videos and decided it was the activator switch. For $6.40, what did I have to loose? I ordered it on Saturday night and had it by Tuesday morning. It took me 20 minutes to fix it. The hardest part was pulling the machine away from the wall to open it up. Thank you, you made understand the process easy. I am 78 years old and not very strong anymore. If I can do this, anyone can. I contacted a service person before looking at this and was quoted minimum of $150.
