Sherry L Colchester , CT June 13, 2014 My kitchen aid blender coupler drive was falling apart and would not allow it to turn I looked online at your store, found the part I needed, when it the in the mail in a few days I watched your online video and followed the directions . Thanks for the online video! I would not of had success with only the directions that came with the part. I had to use a screwdriver and tap with a hammer like in video to loosen part, ot took a few tries then lifted it off with to screwdriver. Putting the new one on was easy. Whole procedure took me only a minute or so. My husband was impressed that I was able to fix it myself!
