William S North Reading , MA August 30, 2019 Dishwasher not cleaning properly Took it all apart, cleaned the various pieces, replaced the Pro Scrub plate and the upper water arm. The diagnostics were the hard part (the ProScrub plate was rotted out, but the somewhat hidden flapper valve assembly in the upper water arm was harder to see) The replacement was easy, I think it took longer to take the racks out than it did to replace the parts.
