Tony C Escondido , CA December 30, 2014 Appliance: Model GH5184VPB-7 The handle and vent grill on my microwave were broken Ordering parts from Appliance Parts Pros was easy; I just plugged in my model number and was able to quickly identify the correct part number from the drawings. Then I confirmed I was ordering the right part by comparing the pictures online to the original parts. The parts were delivered in just a few days and I set to work fixing my microwave. Replacing the grille was easy, but the door handle was not. I disassembled the door as far as I could on my own but still could not get to the screws holding the handle on. After some frustration, I decided to go back to Appliance Parts Pro and see if they had any suggestions. Of course they did! There was a video that fully explained how to get the inner door apart without damaging it and get to the screws I needed. Five minutes later the job was done and my microwave was back up and running.
