Description

This spark module controls the surface burner igniters on gas ranges, providing reliable spark sequencing so burners light quickly and evenly. Replaces a failed module to restore normal ignition behavior. What it does:

• Sends timed spark pulses to surface burner igniters so burners ignite when the control is turned on
• Stops ignition if the module fails, which can cause no spark or constant clicking without lighting
• Helps prevent unlit gas flow by only firing igniters when the range control calls for flame
• Works with oven/range ignition systems that use a separate spark module
