Steven M Mecosta , MI September 07, 2016 Appliance: Maytag Refrigerator MZD2766GEW Freezer was cold refrigerator was warm Through troubleshooting and videos from Appliance Parts Pros, I actually had ordered 3 different parts until coming to the conclusion that it was the Evaporator Fan Motor. The old fan was working, but apparently not to its' full capacity. The greatest part of dealing with Appliance Parts Pros is being able to return parts if they are discovered to not be the correct ones. It makes it nice for DIY'ers. We figured we would try it ourselves. My husband ,myself and my daughter found your site. One of your customer service people on Click to chat helped us to find the correct part. It was that easy. For such an old appliance. Well the part came and it worked. 125 dollars slot better than at least 1000 dollars for a new one. We were so amazed we could do this. From now on, I will always talk with a service adviser because she was able to locate the correct part by asking for another set of numbers, which the website did not require. After receiving the correct part the second time, I was able to replace the part and the motor is very quite. Read More... Danny R Ofallon , MO June 13, 2014 Fridge ice despensor started opening and closing n own no water from disspensor bottom part of freezer frezing evaporator fan stivcking had to give a nudge After figuring out it was the fan. I ordered from Appliancepartspros the new one and the very next day I got it.so I cant say to much how I appreciated the fast response. oh yeah water was dripping down from ice maker because the fan quit and not getting cold air up to freeze cubes so melting started and water was dripping down in behind rubber boot you push to activate ice control and the water was closing circuit causing opening and closing every time a little bit of water ran across circuit..Replaced old fan with new and now every thing back to normal.
