Samuel M Sudbury , MA January 12, 2016 Appliance: Model KUDM35SHBL1 Leaks from around the door and from the pump motor 1. To fix the leaks from around the door, I replaced the upper and lower door seals. These were purchased in a separate transcation, so they are not the parts shown here. The upper door seal worked as intended, but the lower seal would not stay in place on the lower edge of the door during a wash. Therefore I cleaned the grease and detergent off the old seal, and installed using silicone sealer/adhesive. The plastic edge pieces for the lower seal were supplied with the kit, and they installed and worked correctly. 2. The parts shown here are gaskets, o-rings, and a tool for the pump and motor assembly. They installed and worked correctly, but the seal kit (Whirlpool # 675703) includes seal rings 302711 & 302710. The website should warn the customer if he is separately ordering redundant parts that are included in a kit. 3. The new o-ring for the discharge check valve (# 357574), did not stop the leak ffrom the joint with the pump body, so I coated the trheads with automotive silicone sealer (RTV) to solve that problem 4. I found videos on YouTube with clear replacement isntructions. 5. Note that the "screwdrivers" listed below are actual Torx driver. For my dishwasher, a 15 mm Torx driver was required. Kevin H Phoenix , AZ March 15, 2018 Leaking from the pump motor. After discovering that these parts were not the problem. I found replacements for the impeller online and replaced those parts plus these parts. Disassembly was difficult and one bolt inside of the motor shaft had to be drilled out. Other than that, these replacement parts were an exact fit and the video on your page made the replacement no problem. Paul M Littleton , CO December 10, 2018 Appliance: Model 665.15669990 Blown dishwasher pump. I called AppliancePartsPros, talked to a technician to validate problem, ordered part. I had a great talk with the technician. Told him I have electrical engineering experience, used to fix pinball machines and that the pinballs and home appliances were the same design, i.e. inductor in series with a switch across the hot lines. After that the conversation was like two long lost cousins talking at a family barbeque! Great customer service!
