Kevin H Phoenix , AZ March 15, 2018 Leaking from the pump motor. After discovering that these parts were not the problem. I found replacements for the impeller online and replaced those parts plus these parts. Disassembly was difficult and one bolt inside of the motor shaft had to be drilled out. Other than that, these replacement parts were an exact fit and the video on your page made the replacement no problem. Paul M Littleton , CO December 10, 2018 Appliance: Model 665.15669990 Blown dishwasher pump. I called AppliancePartsPros, talked to a technician to validate problem, ordered part. I had a great talk with the technician. Told him I have electrical engineering experience, used to fix pinball machines and that the pinballs and home appliances were the same design, i.e. inductor in series with a switch across the hot lines. After that the conversation was like two long lost cousins talking at a family barbeque! Great customer service! Roland H Stevensville , MI November 17, 2023 Appliance: Model KUDS24SEBL-1 Ll kinds of noise coming from my KitchenAid dishwasher. I purchased your pump and motor W10428773 / AP5305919 for my KitchenAid KUDS24SEBL1. I installed it yesterday and am extremely pleased. Super quiet and a fairly easy installation. Some points that might benefit a future buyer; There was some confusion resulting from your website's listing. On the exploded diagram of the pump motor assembly, there is a box surrounding the entire assembly tagged number 17 which lists the entire motor pump assembly which I purchased. The pump gasket, which is required to be replaced anytime the pump is installed is outside the box in the diagram suggesting it is not included with the assembly so I ordered it as well. The pump showed up with a gasket plus the one I ordered. Not a huge deal. I'll keep it in case I ever need to remove the pump again. Somewhat more aggravating; In the item listing/description for the pump, towards the bottom under "Latest Questions" is a complaint from a Jim G stating that his new pump differed from his old pump in that the old pump had an electrical pigtail and the new one had a plug requiring an additional harness/adapter to make the connection. My motor also had a pigtail. Your response to his complaint listed the required harness P/N which you did not show in stock. I saw this and found a seller of the harness on EBAY for $50 and ordered it. When I received my new pump the harness was included. I think you get my frustration. Otherwise, totally happy with my outcome., Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 1-2 hours Tools: Pliers

Kent O Castle Rock , CO June 30, 2020 The drain impeller broke and the dishwasher wouldn't drain Ordered parts for the 20 year-old dishwasher from AppliancePro. Wanted to just buy the broken drain impeller, but had to buy the whole kit (both the wash and drain impellers and other parts. I also bought all seals and gaskets. The repair videos were excellent and aided greatly in getting it put back together properly. Dishwasher ran fine the first try with no leaks. It's almost a new dishwasher now. Read More...
