Description

This motor-pump is the washer drain pump assembly that moves water out of the tub, helping your washer complete wash and spin cycles and preventing water from remaining in the drum. It replaces a worn or failed drain motor assembly to restore reliable draining. What it does:

• Pumps water out of the wash tub during drain and spin cycles.
• Circulates and forces wastewater through the drain hose and out of the machine.
• Common symptoms: washer won't drain, water left in tub after cycle, unusual humming, grinding or noisy pump, or intermittent drain failures.
• Can stop leaks caused by a failed pump seal or cracked housing (inspect plumbing/hose as well).
