Description

This motor-pump assembly replaces the washer's combined motor and pump to move water out during drain and spin cycles, restoring proper draining and helping reduce drain-related noise and standing water in the tub. What it does:

• Pumps water out of the tub during drain and spin cycles.
• Drives the impeller that clears water through the drain hose and pump housing.
• Common symptoms: washer won't drain, water remains after cycle, loud humming/grinding or vibrating during drain, or intermittent drain failures.
• Stops or limits water flow caused by pump failure or seized impeller.
