It was late Thursday night (10:30 local time) when I needed to order a replacement wheel; the part number I had from my manual did not match the one listed on your site. I hit the Chat link, not expecting to reach anyone that late in the day, but I received a response within three seconds. The young lady not only confirmed the proper part but entered the order while we "chatted". I did not request fast delivery but received the part needed 36 hours later...amazing. I found her dishwasher top tray hard to operate. I noticed a roller missing and the other 3 very stiff. I found your web site ,watched the video and ordered parts. I had the parts in 1 business day, Used a screw driver to remove the rail stop. removed the top tray ,replaced the wheel assembly ,slid the top tray in the rails , installed the stops .
