Ted M Lincoln , NE May 29, 2016 Broken dishrack wheel This is the sixth or seventh time that I've relied on your firm. It was late Thursday night (10:30 local time) when I needed to order a replacement wheel; the part number I had from my manual did not match the one listed on your site. I hit the Chat link, not expecting to reach anyone that late in the day, but I received a response within three seconds. However our dishwasher is 20 years old and the endcaps that needed to be removed to remove the rack from the dishwasher are quite different, and less user-friendly, to those in the video, so I took me a while to figure out how to gently remove the endcaps without breaking them. That probably added about 10 minutes to the process compared to the video. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers
