It was late Thursday night (10:30 local time) when I needed to order a replacement wheel; the part number I had from my manual did not match the one listed on your site. I hit the Chat link, not expecting to reach anyone that late in the day, but I received a response within three seconds. The young lady not only confirmed the proper part but entered the order while we "chatted". I did not request fast delivery but received the part needed 36 hours later...amazing. I ordered one wheel from the competition, which took 9 days to arrive!, then I got smart and checked AppliancePartsPros.
