Whirlpool WP99002857 Drain Pump O Ring OEM Part

I ordered the part from you which amazingly showed up less than 20 hours after I ordered it. I then watched a video you produced about replacing the part. Between those two things I had my dishwasher up and running withing 36 hours of talking to your rep.

Removed the 4 Torx (T-20) screws to remove the bottom tray, loosened the 2 steel adjustable hose clamps and disconnected the hoses from the old pump. Removed the 2 Torx screws from the drain pump mounting bracket and the 2 that mount the pump to the bracket. Discarded the old pump, reversed the above process for installating the new pump and the dishwasher is functioning normally again. All in well under 30 mins.

Replaced pump and filter.

We purchased the complete handle assembly, the water pump, have a extra Oring one did come on the new pump, I had a broken wheel replaced. The repairs were simple enough put dishdetergent on O'ring & baffle than it went all together well. Nice to learn these pumps weep just like a car waterpump, for we have automotive repair experience mostly. The color coding on the handle assembly was quite beneificial it went together nicely also. We needed 2 Torx drivers I believe a T 10 & T 15, used a screw driver to seperate the wire clips on old handle. No more water on floor, no more water in tub basin nice clean dishes again. The door now opens & closes well. Thank you
