Stephen F Westfield , MA March 05, 2017 Appliance: Whirlpool Dishwasher DU1000CGZ1 Whirlpool dishwasher dishes not clean after wash cycle Upon investigation, the rubber seal under the pump outlet went out. There was also a crack in the pump outlet and one screw missing. Water was leaking there causing no water pressure to the spray arm . I ordered a new pump outlet which came with the seal and replaced them. Easy replacement just removed eight torx screws, replace the parts. Tighten the eight screws carefully using an opposing tightening pattern like you would with a car wheel. Read More...
