Donna D Tamarac , FL October 08, 2014 Crisper drawer supports broken My Whirlpool fridge is 12 yrs old. The crisper drawer supports finally gave up. I googled the make and model number for repair parts and AppliancePartsPros.com came up. I was actually surprised that I found the support peg and stud. I watched the video on their site on how to replace them, saw that it was easy and ordered the parts that afternoon. To my utter amazement the parts came via FedEx the following afternoon! I have to admit if I didn't watch the video I wouldn't have known how to remove the broken parts. It took me longer to find the right size wrench than it did to remove and replace the parts. I will recommend AppliancePartsPros.com to everyone. They made finding what I needed and the order process so easy. Receiving what I ordered the very next afternoon blows my mind! This single woman is patting herself on the back for the repair! James F Ravenswood , WV July 23, 2015 Replace handle and shelf stud Just like the video said for the shelf support, use 3/4" wrench , turn 90 deg, remove and replace same way. Door handle remove screws top and bottom, slide the black trim up and down, remove other screws . Transfer chrome trim to new handle. Install new handle. Be careful pushing the black trim back in place. If you slip you could get a nasty cut. Great service. Quick delivery.
