Bill D Hornell , NY March 11, 2015 Appliance: Model WFW9570WWO1 Intermitten f21 error After trouble shooting what f21 error was. I cleaned all hoses from the tube hose to all discharge hoses. I actually replace the washer discharge hose. I still got the same error. I had a few conversations with your service techs. They gave me great advice each time I called. At the end I had to replace the washer drain pump and pressure switch. we have gone 1 week without errors code so I consider the problem solved. I really like the replacement part videos. I also like the ease of ordering and the speed in whick the parts come. Again a BIG THANK YOU to everyone that help solve this problem. You saved me tons of time and money fixing this problem. I recoomend your company to anyone I hear that has problems with their appliances. Kurt S Schnecksville , PA December 25, 2019 I was getting an F27 fault on our Whirlpool front load washer when we would run heavier and bulk loads I replaced the water inlet flowmeter and presently in three loads of washer has not presented the fault. The whole replacement process was less than 30 minutes. I have not replaced the switch-WI yet still waiting for the replacement part. Read More...
