After trouble shooting what f21 error was. I cleaned all hoses from the tube hose to all discharge hoses. I actually replace the washer discharge hose. I still got the same error. I had a few conversations with your service techs. They gave me great advice each time I called. At the end I had to replace the washer drain pump and pressure switch. we have gone 1 week without errors code so I consider the problem solved. I really like the replacement part videos. I also like the ease of ordering and the speed in whick the parts come. Again a BIG THANK YOU to everyone that help solve this problem. You saved me tons of time and money fixing this problem. I recoomend your company to anyone I hear that has problems with their appliances.
