WASHER FILLS AND RUNS BUT DOES NOT SPIN, WATER DRAINS BUT COLTHS ARE VERY WET
Dan for Model Number LAW7500AAW
Answer Dan, You most likely have a seized tub bearing/tub seal assembly. First, remove the front panel, and raise the top panel, remove the tub cover and check to make sure there's nothing stuck between the tubs. Raise and block up the front of the washer and remove both belts, Make sure the motor moves freely back and forth on the motor carriage and check the belts. Carefully reach under the washer and turn the drive pulley counterclockwise the agitator should oscillate, Turn the pulley clockwise, after 1/2 to 3/4 revolution you should be able to turn the pulley and see the tub and transmission turn, if it doesn't turn or is very hard to turn, the tub bearing is seized and will need to be replaced.
