George B Ellenton , FL January 23, 2015 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL DUET My 2 year old maytag washer would not drain I used youtube to look for diagnostic and then took my washer apart all of a sudden the front loader was no longer fun, I cleaned out the trap that was full checked all other lines and put back together. After putting back together the door would not lock because one of the connectors was loose. I say this to remind you to check all the connectors. Jumping forward take apart put back together. Tested failed would not drain still. Looked for pump everywhere and found you guys. I was buying the pump (made in Mexico) from you all though overpriced everywhere for what you are getting I bought from Appliance Pros! Mostly because if this did not fix the problem it would be something with the circuit board so I could always send back to you guys! ENORMOUS VALUE! Got the pump 2 days later put together checking and rechecking! I am now a wizard at taking this machine apart! Bottom works great now, and thank you for great service Read More... 4 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 2+ hours Tools: Nut Drivers, Pliers, Screwdrivers
